Wall decors such as posters or framed pictures are number one hazard to your kids especially those babies who are just starting to reach out on different things. Bear in mind that once an infant is able to stand and reach up they can hit themselves with these things. Framed pictures with glass are very dangerous since once it shattered it’ll surely cause some serious accidents. Posters ca be dangerous too, they might rip them off and eat it and could lead to choking.

Just like hanging pictures and posters, never place your baby near any blinds or curtains. The cord from mini blinds can be very dangerous, and they can pull on curtains, pulling themselves out of the crib. Either of these can also cause endangerment if the baby pulls on it hard enough to pull it down hitting themselves.
Bumpers on crib are ideal and a nice idea for our baby’s bed. Bumpers can aid your babies not to get them stuck in between cribs or mattress but make sure it fits properly because not only will it allow the baby to get these add-on in these places, it can basically pin them there.
Musical mobile is also an outstanding tool on occupying your little ones, and adding embellishment to the bedroom. On one occasion that your baby begins pushing up on their hands and knees, the mobile should be placed on their feet or just remove it altogether once they start pulling up.
Babies only necessitate one lightweight blanket on them while they are sleeping, such as a receiving blanket. The blanket is supposed to only make as far as their chest, and it should be tucked in securely around the child, perhaps either around the crib. They do not require bunch of pillows or extra blankets and even stuffed toys, these could only lead to suffocation especially a baby that can not move his head away swiftly enough. It is very important that the only sheet and mattress you put on a crib be fitted. If the elastic won’t hold it on, and it comes loose and slides up onto the bed, it can get tangled around the child and could also lead to suffocation.
